Terms and Conditions
- No cost EMI Offer will be applicable only on 3 & 6 months EMI tenures in addition to the instant discount Offer mentioned above. Only Instant discount offer will apply if other EMI tenures offered by HSBC are selected for payment.
- No cost EMI offer will be applicable only if HSBC Credit Card is used on yatra site or app.
- GST applicable on the Interest charged by HSBC is borne by the Cardholder in case of No cost EMI transactions too.
- In case of No cost EMI Offers, this benefit is provided by Yatra, covers only the Interest Cost charged on select tenures using HSBC Credit Card Instant EMI transactions. In total, Cardholder is liable to pay for Ticket Price + GST on Interest charged by HSBC.
- HSBC will charge interest on amount charged to your Card by converting into Instant EMI Loan, however total amount you will pay to bank (excluding GST) will be equal to actual value of the travel booking. GST will be applicable on interest amount charged to you by HSBC. Yatra will provide an instant discount equal to the interest amount charged by HSBC at the time of payment which gives you the No cost EMI benefit.
- If customer opts for foreclosure or cancellation of EMI facility, customer will have to inform the customer service of HSBC Credit Card for discontinuing the EMI facility. The cancellation will not be automated.
- The offer is not available wherever prohibited and products/ services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
- Yatra & HSBC reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
- In case of any matters relating to the offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any Cardholder, Yatra & HSBC’s decision shall be final and binding on Cardholders in all respects
