- This offer is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), to the customers booking IndiGo flights from Jan 23, 2025 up to 23:59 hours on Jan 26, 2025 (“Offer Period”) for 15 days Advance purchase window.
- Fare starting from INR 1,499* (One way) for Domestic routes and all-inclusive fares starting from INR 4,999* (One Way) for International routes for bookings made through all channels during the Offer Period.
- The offer is valid only on all non-stop IndiGo flights across domestic & international network and does not apply on multi-city bookings.
- Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore, discounts will be provided, subject to availability of inventory and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
- This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion.
- This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
- All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”) available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/conditions-of-carriage.html. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall supersede anything contained in the CoC and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the CoC, the CoC shall prevail.
- The Offer is subject to force majeure events. IndiGo reserves the right to modify these terms, or to replace (wholly or in part) the Offer with another offer (whether similar to the Offer or not), or withdraw the Offer, at any time, without giving any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. Withdrawal of the Offer, will not affect the tickets purchased during the Offer Period.
- IndiGo’s decision with respect to all matters relating to the Offer, shall be final and binding.
- By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, customers: customers: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agree to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consent that all information provided in relation to the passengers under the same PNR may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the passengers, in future. Clause 11(ii) of these terms and conditions shall not apply to citizens of the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom. Personal data of Nominators and Nominees in these areas and jurisdictions shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

- Seats are subject to availability.
- Fares under this offer are refundable and only statutory taxes will be refunded.
- In case of full/partial cancellation Yatra's offer stand void and customer will not be eligible for the discount. Yatra will refund the amount after adjusting the discount and any other applicable charges and penalties.
- Any change in the booking will involve a change fee and difference of fare, which would be borne by the passenger.
- The offer is not applicable on infant and group bookings.

- The offer maybe replaced wholly or in part, by any other offer, whether similar or not and can be withdrawn altogether.
- Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
- All other standard terms and conditions of the IndiGo airlines and Yatra.com shall apply.
