In case of full/partial cancellation Yatra's offer stand void and customer will not be eligible for the discount. Yatra will refund the amount after adjusting the discount and any other applicable charges and penalties.

The bookings must be made at least 7 (Seven) days prior to the date of departure.

This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
Change in itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference.

All Akasa Air flight bookings made under this offer shall be subject to Akasa Air’s conditions of carriage available at www.akasaair.com.
The offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. Akasa Air reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
Akasa Air’s decision with respect to the transactions under the offer, shall be final and binding on all participating customers.
By making an Akasa Air flight booking during the offer period under the offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by Akasa Air with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to Akasa Air to the customer, in future.
Yatra.com reserves the right to add, alter, modify all or any of these terms and conditions, or replace wholly or in part, this offer by any other offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether, without prior notice.
All tickets would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms and conditions. Cancellation charges/date change penalties will be applicable as per the airline rules for all tickets purchased through this promotion.
