Terms and Conditions
This offer (“Offer”) is provided by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (“Bank”) and is made available on the website amazon.in or the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”).
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and Terms & Conditions of HSBC Credit Cards. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
The offer is valid from 00:00 hrs 12th October 2024 to 23:59 hrs, 16th October 2024 unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without liability. (“Offer Duration”).
Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Duration, makes any purchase of an eligible product from Amazon.in and makes the payment using the Card, will be entitled to receive 10% Instant Discount as per the below table, provided the purchase value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds INR 2,500 for Grocery and INR 5,000 for other categories on a per transaction basis. The minimum Transaction for each of the specified offer needs to be met for the customer to be eligible for the respective discount.
Customer can avail both 10% instant discount and Bonus Offer(s) in single transaction as long as minimum Transaction value is met for the transactions.
Bonus offer 1, Bonus Offer 2 and Bonus Offer 3 is each applicable only once per card from 12th October to 16th October 2024 on HSBC Credit Card (including EMI transactions). Please check product page for offer eligibility details.
The Maximum discount (including Bonus Offer and Offer Refresh) is ₹9,750 for Credit card and Credit EMI during the entire offer duration.
The purchase of the product(s) will be governed by the terms of sale, including terms of exchange (wherever available), applicable to the sale of the product(s) on Amazon.in. This Offer will also be applicable on purchase of product(s) by the Cardholders under an exchange offer (if available and applicable on the Product), provided that the amount to be paid by the Cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, using the Card is not less than INR 5,000. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the amount payable by the Cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, is less than INR 5,000 such Cardholders will not be entitled to avail the Offer.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer is not applicable on the purchase of the following products:

• All types of Prepaid Recharges (Mobile, DTH, Google Play, Subscriptions, Cable TV, Metro and any other type of prepaid recharge
• All types of Bill Payments

• Amazon Pay balance loading
• Amazon Prime subscription
• Infant Nutrition and feeding products

• Installation Orders (Amazon and Brand)
• Precious Jewelry
• Gold and Silver coins
Some products may not be eligible for the offer or Some products may be eligible for the Instant Discount offer but may be excluded from the Bonus offer. Please check the product detail page for offer eligibility.
The Instant Discount would not be applicable on payment made by Cardholders using the ‘Card on Delivery’ payment option.
The Offer is also valid on EMI (equated monthly installment) transactions, No Cost EMI transactions and Exchange offers. Downpayment EMI transactions are not eligible for the Offer.
In case there are multiple items in a purchase order, the item-wise savings/discount may vary. However, the overall savings/discount on the purchase order will be equivalent to maximum savings / discount the Cardholder is eligible for under this Offer.
This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.
Amazon and/or HSBC reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
Amazon and HSBC reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis. Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the HSBC or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
The above Offer is by way of a special offer for HSBC Credit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card agreement and Convert2EMI terms and conditions. The terms of the above offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card agreement and Convert2EMI terms and conditions.
This Offer is not valid on corporate or commercial Cards, Paytm and Cashback HSBC.
This Offer is not available on: (i) purchase of products other than the Product, or (ii) purchase of Product using a card other than the Card(s).
Any queries/issues relating to discount / benefits under this Offer will be entertained by the HSBC & Amazon only till November 16th, 2024. By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that HSBC and Amazon will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the Product(s). HSBC shall not be liable for delivery, service, suitability, availability or quality of the products offered under this offer.
